Document Management System elDoc  — it is enterprise level solution, developed by  "DMS Solutions" for automating document workflow related processes from end-to-end perspective. 

About Guide

Admin Guide (hereafter– Guide) is designed for the administrators of elDoc system. 

Terminology

Document Administrator — user who has extended rights for managing the documents in elDoc system. 
System Administrator — user who has extended rights for managing settings in elDoc system. 
CRM Administrator — user who has extended rights for managing CRM content in elDoc system.
User — any registered user in elDoc system.
Group of Users — users who are grouped to the respective groups as per defined criteria. 
Role — set of authorities in elDoc system that are granted to the specific user or group of users. 
Document Form Builder — the functionality for creating and setting up document forms in elDoc system. 
Process Designer — the functionality for creating and setting up document workflow in elDoc system.
Directories  — pre-setup list of values in elDoc system, e.g. directory "Resolutions" may contain pre-setup list of values such as: "to approve", "for your information", "to execute tasks as per instruction", etc.  
Counters — designer for creating and setting up document registration attributes.
