Counters

Counters are designed to generate and assign unique registration numbers to the documents. 

To navigate to Counters administration - click on Administration → Counters.

In order to set the required parameters, it is required to press button  opposite the required counter.

In the dialogue window "edit counter" it is required to set the necessary settings for document registration number format. 

 

While saving the new settings, elDoc system performs analysis over counter template uniqueness. In case elDoc system finds counter template duplicate in the system, then elDoc will notify the user that there is an error occurred during checking the counter template upon its uniqueness and as a result the settings will not be saved.

Values of counters are reflected in the counters management panel:
