Form designer
Form designer is "No Code" tool designed to define and set the necessary fields for the document form.
Standard fields
Standard fields are present by default on all forms. They can not be removed, but some of them can be disabled or enabled.
Additional fields settings
Additional fields can be added/removed and customized by administrator.
Additional fields can be added with the following types:
- Text
- Number (Integer)
- Number (Fractional)
- Date
- Date Time
- Check-mark
- Organizations (CRM)
- Directory (list of values)
- Document reference
- Signature
- Table
Fields settings
Fields have the following settings:
Field name - field name to be shown on the UI
Tags - comma separated tags for the field, useful for API integrations and conversion from Recognition document (in order to match fields)
Field enabled - allows to disable field and hide it from UI
Mandatory - marks field to be required on UI
Each standard and additional fields on the document form have template-id with the following syntax: {{eldoc:field_system_name}}. The field system names are used for the autocomplete functionality (when it is required to enable functionality on automated data feeding to the document template).
