Deputy Actions

If a business user in the elDoc system has been designated as a deputy, they will have the ability to perform actions on behalf of another business user who has assigned them this role. Under such circumstances, a new icon will appear in the additional menu of the current business user.

By clicking this new icon, the current user can switch to the environment or content of the business user who appointed them as their deputy. If the current business user has been appointed as a deputy by multiple users, they can choose which user's behalf they will act on.

Once the current business user selects the user on whose behalf they will act, their profile will switch to that user in the additional menu. All subsequent actions performed by the deputy will follow standard procedures outlined in this documentation. Actions executed by the deputy on behalf of another user will be clearly indicated in the elDoc system's user interface, showing the name of the executor alongside the action.

To return to the environment or content of the current business user, simply click the same icon and then select "Cancel Account Switch.
