Workflow follow-up
This page describes how to setup follow-up actions. You can define several follow-up actions for the workflow.
Creating follow-up action
While starting a workflow, the Initiator has a possibility to create follow-ups in scope of workflow execution.
In the respective Dialog window it is possible to choose the users who shall perform the required actions in scope of processing the workflow. While creating the Follow-up it is possible to set up deadlines and choose pre-defined resolution actions.
Follow-up action can be chosen from the list of predefined actions (Note: The list of actions can be configured by the elDoc administrator):
