This phase is mandatory for each workflow. The Draft workflow phase is designed to automatically save initiated documents.

Settings and file-attachments management

• permit or prohibit the Initiator of the document to replace file-templates; 
• permit or prohibit the Initiator of the document to download file-attachment;
• set the file opening mode to: 
  • online editing;
  • online editing (in review mode only);
  • online preview (with external online editor);
  • PDF (document conversion to PDF);
  • preview as image (page by page);
  • browser native support;
  • deactivated.
