Document folders
Documents can be located in various document folders (directories). Folders are designed to arrange the documents according to the following criteria:

| My documents | Displays all documents created by the logged-in user. This directory shows documents from all document workflow phases (drafts, approval, sign-off, follow-up, repository and archive). |
| Drafts | Displays all documents created by the logged-in user and saved as Draft. Documents in the Drafts directory can be edited, saved as a draft again, removed from the system or sent for the processing according to the defined workflow. |
| Processed | Displays documents created by other users which were processed by logged-in user. Documents are displayed in this directory while they (documents) are on the approval, sign-off or follow-up workflow phases. |
| Suspended | Displays documents created by the logged-in user which were paused. Document initiator can suspend document processing at any point of time while document is on approval, sign-off or follow-up workflow phase. |
| Cancelled | Displays documents created by the logged-in user which were cancelled. Document initiator can cancel document processing at any point of time while document is on approval, sign-off or follow-up workflow phase. |
| Repository | Displays all documents placed in repository to which the logged-in user has access. The main difference between Repository and Archive: Repository is designed to contain valid documents, while Archive is designed to contain outdated documents. |
| Archive | Displays all documents placed in archive to which the logged-in user has access. The main difference between Repository and Archive: Repository is designed to contain valid documents, while Archive is designed to contain outdated documents.Archive |
Documents export:
When different document types are selected for export, elDoc combines fields with similar labels in the same columns, assuming that such fields should have the same meaning (even when the fields are coming from the different document types).
elDoc supports export of the raw Recognition documents which may contain tables from the processed scanned document images as well as documents processed at Conversion stage.
