Form settings

Form settings available on the page: Administration  Forms management →+Add document form / Change existing document form →Settings Tab:

  • Create document - defines which users, groups or units allowed to create documents with this form

  • Edit document - defines on which workflow phases document can be edited

  • Register document automatically - defines whether document number should be automatically assigned and on which workflow phase. Document registration number format is configured via Counters page.

  • Document default access - defines access permissions assigned by default to the documents created with this form.
