File management

elDoc offers comprehensive file management capabilities, including features for file organization, collaboration, and revisions, all supported by advanced access rights management.

The File Management module includes the following features:

  • File Management: Create, upload (bulk, drag & drop), rename, sort, and define the location of files.
  • Hierarchical Folder Structure: Create folders and sub-folders for efficient file organization.
  • Real-Time Collaboration: Allow multiple users to edit the same document simultaneously.
  • File Version Control: Manage and track changes to files.
  • Support for Different File Formats: Handle various file types including text documents, spreadsheets, drawings, and presentations.
  • Access Control and Permissions: Grant or revoke permissions for operations such as access, view, edit, copy, rename, delete, print, and download. This includes the capability for inherited permission granting and for a particular file, ensuring secure and controlled file management within the elDoc system.
